Customers may request a design that is already available on the website to be printed on a particular item. Example: If the customer sees a design on a shirt and prefers to have that same design on a mug, they can request to have it printed for an additional charge.

1-5 business days for designing that does not include shipping and receiving. Once the order is ready the customer will be contacted by staff through email. The customer will be sent a direct link to the item and the item can be purchased from the idrinkmemes.com partner website.

• IDrinkMemes.Com does not accept refunds or exchanges for drinkware or clothing items.
• The customer is always welcome to contact our staff about any damage to items during the shipping and receiving process and before arrival at their final destination.
• If the customer is dissatisfied with their purchase IDrinkMemes.Com staff will work to accommodate the dissatisfaction of customers on a case-by-case basis, but reserve the right to implement our no refund or exchange policy.
